Elizabeth Fleming Care Home in Hetton-le-Hole have been celebrating their newly awarded ‘Good’ rating following a recent inspection by the CQC.
Elizabeth Fleming Care home has served Hetton-le-Hole and surrounding areas for many years providing nursing, residential and dementia care. Home Manager Lesley Ann Richardson commented, “This is a great achievement for us and bears testament to all of the hard work that the Elizabeth Fleming team have put in over the last year.”
Managing Director Kirsty Crozier said “We are very proud of the hard work that has taken place, the responsiveness of the team and the standards of care that are being delivered all without disruption to the service or quality of care we provide.”
The home acknowledged support they have had from their residents, relatives, our local authority, and CQC for working with them to help achieve the standard.
